Imagine a piece of beautifully polished mahogany and you’ve got the deep, rich tones of Otter Ale. The malty aroma and hints of fruit provide a first clue to the flavour but the taste goes further and finishes in a strong combination of fruit and some bitterness.

Using the finest Maris Otter malting barley and aromatic Fuggles hops, delicious, fruity Cascade and Amarillo hops and, of course, purest Mendip Spring Water, Rare Breed is a distinctive, clean tasting pale ale with a smooth, citrus twist. A bold, standout beer that’s one of a kind.

Our distinctive American pale ale is full of big hop character but without the strong bitterness. Carefully selected American hops are added continuously during the boil and also during conditioning (dry hopping) to give a really fresh aromatic boost.

We wanted to make an ale that feels as familiar as walking into your favourite country pub. So we used traditional British malts and balanced the soft fruits and bittersweet caramel with a soft, smooth bitterness.

An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma. This, coupled with an intense bitterness, leads to an excellent long, dry finish.

The original Bristol Milk Stout with smooth chocolatey sweetness and balancing coffee bitterness with hints of dark fruits. This award winning national champion stout is a beautifully creamy, full-bodied stout. This is a great beer.

A dark amber coloured beer with a deep red hue traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley, rye, crystal and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery’s own top-fermenting yeast. The complex malt and fruit flavours develop into a very pleasingly fruity and bitter aftertaste which lingers on.

Twin Peaks is one of 3 lagers Kettlesmith produce using a yeast strain from Anchor Brewing Company in San Francisco. It’s a mahogany coloured beer based on a Munich Dunkel. A rich, malty lager with a moderate level of bitterness to keep everything in balance. Warming and refreshing at the same time!
